1. Introduction

Replacify ("we", "us", "our") is a habit replacement and wellness application available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.

By using Replacify, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name
• Authentication provider (email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In)

2.2 Habit and Usage Data

As you use the App, we collect:

• Path progress (phases and steps completed)
• Daily check-in data (urge logs and timestamps)
• Streak and badge progress
• Custom path content (Pro subscribers)
• SOS session usage

2.3 Health and Fitness Data

With your explicit opt-in consent, Replacify accesses and collects health and fitness data from your device's health platform. You must manually enable health data syncing in the App (Profile → Settings) before any health data is accessed. Health data is never collected without your permission.

On iOS (via Apple HealthKit), we access:

• Sleep hours (sleep analysis)
• Daily step count
• Workout data (activity type, duration, calories burned, distance)

On Android (via Health Connect), we access:

• Sleep sessions (including sleep stage analysis)
• Daily step count
• Exercise sessions

Data written back to your device:

• On iOS, Replacify writes mindful minutes to Apple Health when you complete SOS or Focus sessions. No data is written back on Android.

How we use health data:

• To provide personalized wellness insights (e.g., sleep pattern tracking, active day celebrations)
• To auto-credit workout activities toward your habit paths
• To power health challenges (e.g., sleep goals, step goals)
• To display health nudges on your dashboard (e.g., poor sleep warnings)

We do NOT use health data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing you wellness insights within the App. Health data is never sold to or shared with third parties.

2.4 Device and Technical Data

We may collect:

• Device identifiers
• Operating system and version
• App version
• Crash logs and performance data

2.5 Purchase Data

Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process anonymised purchase data. All payment information is processed directly by Apple or Google — Replacify does not store your payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Personalise habit recommendations and wellness insights
• Process subscriptions and manage account access
• Send optional notifications and reminders (with your permission)
• Monitor app performance and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled, meaning you can only access your own data. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Health data is stored in dedicated database tables associated with your user ID and protected by the same security policies.

5. Data Retention

• Account data and habit data are retained for as long as your account is active.
• Health data is retained for as long as your account is active and health sync is enabled.
• If you disable health sync in the App (Profile → Settings), Replacify stops collecting new health data. Previously synced health data is retained until you delete your account.
• When you delete your account, all data — including account information, habit data, check-in data, health data, custom paths, streak history, and purchase associations — is permanently and immediately deleted.
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify individual users may be retained for service improvement.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the App: Go to Profile → Delete Account. The deletion process requires double confirmation to prevent accidental deletion.
• By email: Contact hello@mcdevlabs.com to request account and data deletion.

Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed immediately, including: account information, habit data, check-in data, health and fitness data, custom paths, streak history, and purchase associations.

Note: Disabling health sync stops future data collection but does not delete previously collected health data. To fully delete all health data, you must delete your account.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — cloud database hosting, data storage, and authentication
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (receives anonymised purchase data)
• Apple HealthKit (iOS) / Health Connect (Android) — health data APIs, accessed only with your explicit consent

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or health data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

8. Your Rights and Choices

• Enable or disable health data sync at any time in Profile → Settings
• Delete your account and all data via Profile → Delete Account
• Opt out of notifications through your device's notification settings
• For users in applicable jurisdictions (e.g., GDPR, CCPA): you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data by contacting hello@mcdevlabs.com

9. Children's Privacy

Replacify is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@mcdevlabs.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

End User License Agreement

Effective: April 25, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Replacify ("Licensor") and governs your use of the Replacify application ("Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

The Application is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The respective platform providers (Apple Inc. and Google LLC) are not parties to this Agreement and are not responsible for the Application or its content. This Agreement is entered into between Replacify and you only.

a. Scope of License

The Licensor grants you a nontransferable license to use the Application on any devices that you own or control. You may not distribute or make the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute or sublicense the Application and, if you sell your device to a third party, you must remove the Application before doing so. You may not copy (except as permitted by this license and applicable usage rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent that any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open-sourced components included with the Application).

b. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that the Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the Application. The Licensor may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you. For full details on data collection, please refer to the Privacy Policy above.

c. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Replacify. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Application.

d. External Services

The Application may enable access to Replacify's and/or third-party services and websites (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. Replacify is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services, and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services. Data displayed by any Application or External Service, including but not limited to financial, medical and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by Replacify or its agents. You will not use the External Services in any manner that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or that infringes the intellectual property rights of Replacify or any third party. You agree not to use the External Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or defame any person or entity, and that Replacify is not responsible for any such use. External Services may not be available in all languages or in your Home Country, and may not be appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use such External Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws.

e. No Warranty

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND REPLACIFY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY REPLACIFY OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SHOULD THE APPLICATION OR SERVICES PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.

f. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REPLACIFY BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF REPLACIFY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. In no event shall Replacify's total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00). The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

g. Export Restrictions

You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Application may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S.-embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list.

h. U.S. Government End Users

The Application and related documentation are "Commercial Items", as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation", as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

i. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Replacify is headquartered, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Third-Party Acknowledgements

Portions of this Agreement and certain features of the Application may utilize or include third-party software and other copyrighted material. Acknowledgements, licensing terms and disclaimers for such material are contained in the Application documentation, and your use of such material is governed by their respective terms.
