How do I count the days since I quit?
Enter your quit date and the counter does the rest: it shows the days, hours and minutes since midnight on that date, and keeps updating while the page is open.
How is the money saved calculated?
It multiplies what the habit used to cost per day by the number of days since you quit. The defaults are typical example amounts — change them to what you actually spent.
Can I use it for any habit?
Yes. Pick one of the common habits or choose "Something else" and type your own.
What happens if I slip up?
A slip is common and doesn't undo your progress. Many people find it helpful to note what triggered it, then set a new quit date and carry on.
Is my quit date stored anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser. If you copy the share link, your quit date and numbers are included in that link so you can come back to it.
Does the counter include health milestones?
No — it only tracks time, money and minutes, so it works for any habit. If you'd like information about the health effects of quitting, your doctor or national health service is the best source.
